Bipolar Journey

A 2D floating head travels multiple levels as you fall into a pit of depression which is only cured by taking enough antidepressants, having mania and choosing between real and hallucinated objects, hospitalization and talking to other patients, and then are reintegrated into the community where you can either win a hotdog by taking the right pills or be sent back to depression or mania to redo the cycle.
